Who is Donald James?

 

Donald James (b. 1981) was born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago and still calls Chicagoland home today. His first book, which was originally called Demons, but later changed to Affected (due to the misconception that it was about religious demons) began as a journaling exercise. The characters and events that take place in the book are a direct reflection of Donald's own friends, family and experiences. In an attempt to come to terms with, and ultimately release, his own personal demons, Donald James wrote a true page turning thriller. Donald is married and has three children (one child and two dogs).
